Our Team is Expanding ……Starward Homes is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work closely with our Sales Team.  You must be available to work weekends and holidays and not afraid to make money.

The Starward Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Team to meet or exceed goals.  Some of the main duties include:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers
  • Educate prospective clients with product information designs of our new homes available
  • Scheduling appointments with Purchasers
  • Timely/Accurate preparation of traffic and sales reports
  • Develop relationships with key realtors to maximize referrals
  • Assist with entering Sales information into Sales Program

Required Skills:

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Min 3 years of Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Ability to learn and use computer programs relevant to New Home Sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional team environment
  • Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
