The app will allow you to follow along with all of our new community news – the latest in available homes, floor plans, finishes, pricing, neighbourhood info, site plans, photos and more.
You’ll be able to ask us questions using the app and get real time answers and recommendations based on what you’re looking for. Excited to share new opportunities and homes you’re interested in? You’ll be able to do that too!
And, should you eventually become one of our new homeowners, the app becomes an extension of your ‘new homeowner purchase process experience’.
The Starward Community App allows us to communicate with you better and more easily during the construction of your home – we’ll be able to send you regular pictures and videos of your house, from foundations through to framing, windows, roofing, exterior finishes, and some interior work. And to make it even easier for you, we’ll be able to store all your homeowner documents – the APS, structural drawings, electrical plans, colour selections, PDI report, and more – all in one place (in the app) for you to reference any time needed.
