Brooklyn Heights Phase 2 at River Mill, Cambridge

This beautiful community, with 63 homes ranging in size from 1500-1930 sqft,  is almost finished – with the last block being completed and August move-ins on schedule.

153 Wilson West in Ancaster

The crane has been moving non-stop as our team continues with the 3rd floor walls and roof. The 4th floor walls are scheduled to be installed starting early August.

During this time, our trades are working on wiring, plumbing and ductwork on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Have you driven by lately? The exteriors are coming along nicely, with stonework being done on most blocks. The interior work – wiring, plumbing, ductwork, drywall etc. – is well underway.

Our team has been busy on the land development side with hydro, gas and communications fully installed. Once the building permits are in hand, by August, we’ll begin digging the foundations and begin construction.

Still looking to call River Mill your Home? The Ridge has limited lots available with homes ranging in size from 1340 – 1640 sqft, closings estimated to begin late Fall 2023 and prices starting at $699,999.
