This beautiful community, with 63 homes ranging in size from 1500-1930 sqft,  is almost finished – with the last block being completed and August move-ins on schedule.

The crane has been moving non-stop as our team continues with the 3^rd floor walls and roof. The 4^th floor walls are scheduled to be installed starting early August.

During this time, our trades are working on wiring, plumbing and ductwork on the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd floors.

Have you driven by lately? The exteriors are coming along nicely, with stonework being done on most blocks. The interior work – wiring, plumbing, ductwork, drywall etc. – is well underway.

The Ridge at River Mill, Cambridge

Our team has been busy on the land development side with hydro, gas and communications fully installed. Once the building permits are in hand, by August, we’ll begin digging the foundations and begin construction.
